# Amazon Cancels High-End AI Hardware Orders

**Amazon** has canceled multiple high-end hardware orders, including four **DGX Spark** units purchased by an X user with the handle @nicksaraev on October 31. Following a verification process, Amazon took the additional step of closing the @nicksaraev account entirely.

**Epic Games** CEO **Tim Sweeney** also reported issues, noting Amazon canceled his order for two **NVIDIA** GPUs. While Sweeney's account remains active, he stated that the retailer accepted his regular orders initially but canceled them shortly before the scheduled delivery.

These cancellations highlight ongoing friction in the procurement of enterprise-grade AI hardware through consumer channels. The discrepancy in account actions suggests Amazon is applying varying levels of scrutiny during its order verification procedures.
