# Anduril and Qualcomm Unveil BlueChip Laptops

**Anduril Industries**, founded by Oculus VR creator **Palmer Luckey**, has partnered with **Qualcomm** to announce **BlueChip**, a new line of laptops manufactured in the United States. These devices are specifically designed for security, government, and military use.

The laptops feature Qualcomm Snapdragon X Series chips produced at **TSMC**'s Arizona facility, the same silicon found in Microsoft Surface devices. Luckey notes that 90% of components will originate from the U.S. or allied nations to ensure supply chain safety.

While functional prototypes exist, preorders are slated for 2027 at a 20% premium over high-end PCs. Production will center at Anduril's Arsenal-1 facility in Ohio, marking a significant step toward future U.S.-made consumer hardware and domestic assembly.
