Biwin has introduced the CL100 Mini SSD, a compact storage solution measuring just 15 x 17 mm. Showcased at CES 2026, the series offers capacities of 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB. The 512 GB and 1 TB models are currently available on Amazon for 140 and 260 Euro.
The CL100 Mini features a Silicon Motion SM2268XT2 controller and Samsung V8 TLC NAND dies. It delivers read speeds up to 3,700 MB/s and write speeds of 3,400 MB/s. The drive uses a proprietary connector and is compatible with the GPD Win5 and OneXPlayer 3.
This ultra-small form factor is designed for specialized gaming handhelds like the OneXFly Apex. To facilitate data transfers, Biwin also offers a dedicated USB-C Mini SSD Reader for 80 Euro. The 2 TB flagship model is expected to join the lineup soon.
