Dell Unveils Pro Rugged 13 Extreme Laptop

Dell's new Pro Rugged 13 Extreme laptop features Intel Core Ultra Series 300 chips and IP66 durability for extreme field environments.

Dell has unveiled the Pro Rugged 13 Extreme, a fully rugged 13.3-inch laptop built for harsh environments. The device features a 6-foot drop rating and an IP66 rating for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability against high-pressure water jets.

The laptop is powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 300 processors, supporting up to 64 GB of LPDDR5X memory at speeds up to 8,533 MT/s. It includes a 1,400-nit FHD touchscreen that works with gloves or while wet, plus dual hot-swappable battery support.

Designed for extreme conditions, it operates from -29°C to 63°C and holds MIL-STD-810H and Class 1 Division 2 certifications. With Wi-Fi 7, optional 5G, and Thunderbolt 4, this 2.41 kg machine offers high-performance connectivity for critical field work.
