HP has officially announced its first Googlebook, a 14-inch notebook powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor. The device features a 3K OLED touchscreen with a 120Hz variable refresh rate and a remarkably thin 10.91mm chassis cooled by a vapor chamber.
The notebook includes a 5MP infrared camera for face authentication and a unique lid Glowbar for battery status. Users can drive two UHD external displays and access Android integration via Quick Access. Audio is handled by four speakers with HP Audio Boost 2.0.
Planned for a U.S. release in October 2026, the HP Googlebook 14 will start at $1,199.99. With a claimed battery life of up to 19 hours and specialized Cast My Apps functionality, this premium hardware targets users seeking high-end performance and portability.
