# Intel Beats Q3 2026 Estimates with Strong Growth

**Intel Corporation** reported third-quarter 2026 results exceeding guidance for revenue, gross margin, and earnings per share. CEO Lip-Bu Tan and CFO David Zinsner highlighted the strongest data center revenue growth in 15 years and a $23 billion equity offering.

The company announced plans to acquire Classiq and a multiyear collaboration with **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure**. Intel also released the 14A 0.9 process design kit, completed the RAMP-C program, and partnered with **ASML** to accelerate High-NA EUV manufacturing.

Intel showcased Diamond Rapids processors and the GPU D-series at recent summits. New collaborations with **SAP** on Physical AI and **AMD** on x86 PyTorch optimizations were revealed, alongside Googlebook devices from Acer, ASUS, and Lenovo using Core Ultra Series 3.
