# KIOXIA Debuts Liquid-Cooled CM9 Series SSDs

> KIOXIA expands its enterprise storage lineup with PCIe 5.0 direct liquid cooling SSDs designed for high-performance server environments.

**KIOXIA America, Inc.** announced the expansion of its enterprise storage lineup on October 12, 2026, with the introduction of direct liquid cooling models for the **KIOXIA CM9 Series**. These E3.S form factor SSDs are currently sampling to select customers.

The KIOXIA CM9-DLC series is compliant with **PCIe 5.0** and **NVMe 2.0** specifications, offering sequential read speeds up to 14.8 GB/s. Read-intensive models reach 30.72 TB in capacity, while mixed-use versions provide endurance of 3 drive writes per day.

Designed for cold-plate-enabled servers and air-cooled environments, these dual-port drives support OCP Datacenter NVMe SSD v2.5. KIOXIA will showcase the new hardware at the 2026 **OCP Global Summit** in San Jose, California, from October 12 to October 15.
