# Minisforum Unveils MS-S1 with Ryzen AI Max+ PRO

**Minisforum** has unveiled an updated variant of its MS-S1 mini PC at IFA 2026, featuring the powerful AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 Gorgon Halo APU. This high-performance machine integrates 16 Zen 5 cores and a Radeon 8065S iGPU within a compact workstation frame.

The new MS-S1 supports up to 192 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 MT/s RAM and includes dual M.2 storage slots. For expansion, it offers a full-length x16 slot operating at PCIe 4.0 x4 speeds. A robust thermal system with six heat pipes and dual fans manages 160 W of heat.

While the current MS-S1 retails for $2,599 on Amazon, Minisforum teased a new starting price beginning with the digit 7. This update represents a significant leap in mobile workstation power, offering professional-grade specs for demanding computing tasks.
