Nvidia CEO and Trump Discuss AI Future on Podcast

Jensen Huang and Donald Trump rejected AI doomsday warnings, arguing that U.S. leadership and existing laws are enough to manage the tech.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang joined a live All-In Podcast appearance with Donald Trump, where the former president dismissed AI doomsaying as a hoax. Trump argued that the U.S. government already holds sufficient criminal and regulatory power over AI companies.

During the call, Trump claimed on Truth Social that a conspiracy against AI and data centers exists to benefit China. He asserted that the only control AI needs is a strong president, while Huang thanked Trump for his perspective on the industry's complexity.

Huang agreed with Trump that an AI slowdown will not happen, despite Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei's calls for safety measures. Huang stated they will ensure every American industry and person wins the AI race, rejecting the idea that AI will destroy the world.
