# Samsung Q3 Profit Surges 782% to Record High

This marks a massive 782.5% profit surge over the previous year.

The results slightly exceeded analyst expectations of 106.64 trillion Won in profit, though revenue fell short of the 200.64 trillion Won forecast. While divisional data is pending, analysts credit the memory chip sector, which likely earned 110 trillion Won.
