The capital structure includes $10 billion in bank loans and $30 billion in investment-grade debt, with [Pimco](<https://hardwarebrief.com/entity/pimco-q1970040>) participating as an investor. CEO [Elon Musk](<https://hardwarebrief.com/entity/elon-musk-q317521>) confirmed SpaceX will build exclusively on NVIDIA architecture, which recognizes revenue upon shipment.
