Transcend Information, Inc. has officially introduced its latest DDR5-6400 CUDIMM and CSODIMM embedded DRAM modules. These new memory solutions offer capacities reaching 64 GB per module and utilize a dual-channel architecture for high-speed performance.
The modules feature a Client Clock Driver to minimize signal interference and an integrated power management IC. Operating at 1.1 V, they include an SPD chip with a built-in temperature sensor and a transient voltage suppressor to handle fluctuations.
Manufactured in Taiwan, these modules include built-in On-Die ECC for enhanced reliability. The products are designed for high-stability computing environments and are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, ensuring long-term support for enterprise users.
