Chinese manufacturer Colorful showcased a 192 GB DDR5 memory kit running at 6600 MT/s on its upcoming iGame X870E Ultra-S V14 motherboard. The demonstration utilized four 48 GB iGame Shadow II DDR5 sticks paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D desktop processor.
The high-capacity memory configuration achieved impressive low-latency timings of CL28. During the technical demonstration, the hardware successfully passed a RunMemTestPro stability test, proving the reliability of the iGame Shadow II modules at these speeds.
This performance milestone highlights the capabilities of the X870E platform for power users. Colorful plans to launch the iGame X870E Ultra-S motherboard just before China's November 11 Single's Day shopping festival, targeting the high-end hardware market.
