DLSS Ray Reconstruction Mod Released for AMD GPUs

Developer danielblnc's new mod enables NVIDIA DLSS Ray Reconstruction and Neural Rendering on AMD RDNA 3 and RDNA 4 graphics architectures.

Developer danielblnc has released version 0.8.0 of the DLSS-NR-on-AMD mod, enabling Ray Reconstruction on GPUs. This update introduces support for RDNA 3 and RDNA 4 architectures, while RDNA 2 support remains currently experimental.

The mod features DLSS 5 Neural Rendering, Super Resolution 4.5, and Multi Frame Generation up to 4X. It utilizes a custom execution runtime with AMD-specific HIP kernels and the NeuralHub interface, requiring Windows 11 and AMD Adrenalin 26.1.1 or newer.

By replacing denoisers with a neural network, the mod allows Radeon hardware to run NVIDIA's proprietary tech. Users must supply their own DLLs and use GPU spoofing for Frame Generation, as seen in a recent demo on a Radeon RX 9070 XT.
