GMKtec launched the EVO-X5 Pro desktop AI supercomputer on September 28, 2026. First unveiled at IFA 2026, the CNC-machined metal system features the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 processor with 16 Zen 5 cores, 32 threads, and boost speeds reaching up to 5.20 GHz.
The system supports 192 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 unified memory with 273 GB/s bandwidth. It includes Radeon 8065S graphics with 40 compute units and an XDNA 2 NPU delivering 55 TOPS. Connectivity includes dual 80 Gbps USB4 V2 ports and two 10GbE LAN ports for users.
This hardware enables offline LLM inference for models up to 320 billion parameters. With dTPM 2.0 and AMD DASH for remote management, the 192GB/2TB model starts at $6,799. The EVO-X5 Pro earned Best of IFA 2026 awards from both PCWELT and SmartZone editors.
