Marulli Studios Builds 15-GPU RTX 4090 Workstation

Simone Marulli completes a custom liquid-cooled system featuring 15 MSI RTX 4090 GPUs, delivering 480GB of VRAM for 3D rendering tasks.

Simone Marulli of Marulli Studios has unveiled a custom workstation featuring 15 liquid-cooled GPUs on a single motherboard. The project began in December 2022 and took one year to complete, scaling from one to 15 graphics cards.

The system delivers 480 GB of VRAM and 245,760 CUDA Cores, powered by five 1600W power supply units. Marulli spent two months experimenting to increase the build from 11 to 15 GPUs, eventually reaching a massive power draw of nearly 8kW during 3D rendering tasks.

This hardware configuration achieved record-breaking performance, scoring 10,802 in and 21,496 in . For Marulli Studios, established in 1999, this build represents a significant leap in computational power for professional rendering workflows.
