has unveiled the Xbox Series X-Bite, a massive custom console variant shaped like an alligator. Developed in collaboration with creature animatronics specialist John Nolan Studio, the unique hardware measures over five feet long and features an illuminated Xbox nexus on its body to signify its power.
The design includes eyes with Xbox-green irises and Nexus-like pupils, while an Xbox Wireless Controller with realistic bite marks sits between the alligator's jaws. This exclusive setup will not be sold at retail; instead, one legal resident of the United States will have the chance to win the unit through an official giveaway.
This promotional stunt arrives as competitors make moves in the gaming market, such as securing marketing rights for and launching new unbranded controllers. The Series X-Bite serves as a high-profile collector's item, emphasizing Xbox's focus on unique hardware collaborations and fan engagement.
