AMD to Raise GPU and GDDR6 Prices in November

AMD plans to increase graphics card and memory kit pricing next month following a rise in GDDR6 costs and broader market volatility.

is reportedly planning to increase prices for its GPUs and GDDR6 memory kits starting in November 2026. This follows a prior price adjustment implemented on October 1, 2026, as the company considers re-evaluating its pricing strategy every quarter.

The move comes as GDDR6 memory costs rose by 8% to 10% in Q3 2026. Partners typically buy kits containing both the GPU and memory from AMD. While not officially confirmed, price shifts are already noted for the Radeon RX 9070 XT and RX 9060 XT models.

Market volatility is expected to persist, with forecasting supply tensions through 2030. Competitor pricing is also shifting, with the GeForce RTX 5080 seeing increases and the RTX 5090 reaching 6,500 euros, reflecting broader industry trends.
