Intel Nova Lake Platforms Appear in Certifications

Intel Core Ultra 400-series Nova Lake processors and 900-series chipsets receive official USB-IF and PCI-SIG hardware certifications.

Intel Core Ultra 400-series Nova Lake platforms have officially appeared on the USB Implementers Forum and PCI-SIG Integrators Lists. Recent certifications confirm that mobile Nova Lake-H processors and desktop PCH-S chipsets have passed interoperability tests.

The listings reveal that Nova Lake-H mobile chips with Device IDs D331 and D333 support USB4 80 Gbps speeds. Desktop PCH-S chipsets, including Device ID 6E6E, meet USB 3.2 Gen2 standards and support data transfer rates reaching up to 20 Gbps for high-speed use.

PCI-SIG data shows 900-series chipsets and unidentified processors passed PCIe 5.0 x16 tests in August. These certifications, including those granted via the Qualification by Similarity program, ensure hardware compliance for the upcoming desktop and laptop CPUs.
